Diagnosis For rebate agreement type &V1&, conflicting values were entered forSTATUS_MIN_SETTL (minimal rebate agreement status for settling therebate agreement) and STATUS_DEFAULT. The rebate agreement entered is transported to SAP ERP. The rebateagreement must not be processed simultaneously in SAP CRM and SAP ERP. Acomparison is therefore made between the status of the rebate agreementand the value of STATUS_MIN_SETTL for the assigned rebate agreementtype:
- If the rebate agreement status is lower than STATUS_MIN_SETTL, then the
rebate agreement can be processed in SAP CRM, but not in SAP ERP.
- If the status of the rebate agreement is higher than or the same as
STATUS_MIN_SETTL, then the rebate agreement can be calculated in SAPERP, but not in SAP CRM. The Customizing is currently set so that the default value for thestatus of the rebate agreement is higher than or the same as the minimalstatus for settlement; this means that the rebate agreement that iscreated cannot be changed in SAP CRM.System Response The rebate agreement is not created in SAP CRM because the rebateagreement should still be editable upon creation. Procedure for System Administration In Customizing for SAP ERP, change the value for the "minimal status"settlement (technical SAP ERP name: T6B1-BOSTA_MIN) or the "defaultstatus" (technical SAP ERP name: T6B1-BOSTA) for rebate agreement typeV1 so that the default status for the rebate agreement is lower thanthe minimal status for settlement. Changes to the rebate agreement typesin Customizing for SAP CRM are not permitted. You can display the rebateagreement types by going to the transaction SM30 and entering the view/BON/V_C_AG_TYPE.
