SAP Message /POSDW/LPA063 - LPA mapping for customer details missing in Customizing

Diagnosis
For the insufficient information template, the mapping for customerdetails is missing in Customizing.
You maintain customer details in customer-specific fields in POSDM. Thefield names are mapped in the LPA mapping Customizing activity. Thesemappings are profile specific.

System Response
The system cannot find the customer details, and therefore cannotprocess the insufficient information template.

Procedure
Maintain mapping for the fields where customer details are maintained.
