Diagnosis
During processing of task &V1& a function in an external system wascalled. This call could not be completed properly.
Possible causes for this are:

• Termination of processing in the calling system due to an error in the
application program or a system error.

• Termination of processing in the external system due to an error in the
external function or a system error in the external system.

• Termination of the connection to the external system before
confirmation could be received.

System Response
The POS transactions affected are flagged as incorrect.

Procedure
Check whether the processing package was processed in the externalsystem. The processing package should be stored here under transactionnumber &V2&.
If the processing package has arrived, you can set the status of taskV1 to rejected for the pos transactions concerned.
If the processing package has not arrived, repeat the processing oftask &V1& for the POS transactions concerned.
