Diagnosis
You have set structure category S (Structured Empties) for the chosenmaterial. In the material master, this material has a (cross-plant)material status that allows it to be processed in Inventory Management.
Processsing in Inventory Management is not permitted for structuredempties (value S in the Structure Category field).

System Response
The system asks you to change the material status so that the materialwill not be taken into consideration in Inventory Management.

Procedure
The cross-plant material status restricts how the material can be usedfor all plants, that is, it determines whether a warning or an errormessage is issued when the material is used in certain functions.
Change the status in the Cross-Plant Material Status field in thematerial master so that the material will not be taken intoconsideration in the stock (and therefore also not in the goodsmovement).
