SAP Message /MACCRM/BASIC103 - Error during parallel processing: sy-subrc &1, PPO run stat &2

Diagnosis An error occured within one or multiple parallel processes. System Response The system writes the error message to the PPO log of the correspondingmultiple-asset contract and terminates the object and/or FS contractcreation. Procedure Contact your system administrator. Procedure for System Administration In case the error message returns SY-SUBRC = 0 and PPO RUN STAT = 3, theroot cause could be an ABAP runtime error caused by the CRM application(e.g. during object or FS contract creation). Check the ABAP runtimeerror log in transaction ST22. If you see a runtime error caused by youruser in the corresponding timeframe, contact technical support. Any other SY-SUBRC <> 0 is raised due to technical issues with parallelprocessing itself (no CRM application issue).
