Diagnosis
When dispatching the document or collection &2, type &1, an erroroccured in the external application. The relevant error is in line &3.

Procedure
Remove the error and dispatch the collection record again using thedispatch restarter (program/LIME/DISPATCHER_EXEC). Note that theincorrect record may mean that other collections could not be sent.
