Diagnosis
The DELETE button is intended to delete storage types and storage bins,however, you did not select a storage type/storage bin yet.

Procedure
Select the storage type/storage bin you want to delete in the treestructure.
Use transaction code /ISDFPS/LN04 to delete a warehouse number.
