SAP Message /BDL/TASKMANAGER081 - Task processor cannot be started, SDCCN is not activated (see longtext)

Diagnosis SDCCN has to be activated before the first usage. This activation fillsthe necessary customizing tables. It has been detected that thesecustomizing tables are not filled, thus the background job for SDCCNmay not be scheduled. Procedure Activate SDCCN via menu "Utilities" -> "Activate". By this thebackground job will automatically be scheduled.
