SAP Message /BDL/TASKMANAGER073 - RFC connection &1 could not be registered in SDCCN

Diagnosis In order to control SDCCN from a Solution Manager system, an RFCconnection from the system running SDCCN to the Solution Manager systemis necessary, the so called 'BACK-Destination'. The RFC connection &V1&could not be registered in SDCCN. Procedure Go to transaction SM59 and perform a connection and an authorizationtest for RFC connection &V1&.
