SAP Message /BDL/TASKMANAGER057 - Creation of RFC connection to SAP Support Portal failed (&1)

Diagnosis SDCCN uses an own RFC connection to the SAP Support Portal with name'SDCC_OSS'. The creation of this RFC connection failed. Procedure The connection SDCC_OSS is created as a copy of the connection'SAPOSS'. Make sure that this connection works by performing aconnection test in transaction SM59.
