Diagnosis
An error occurred while generating the process route. In Customizing(Assign Measure Areas), you can define aprocess route template for each measure area to be created.

Procedure
Check the underlying process route template &V1&. Check the case type(Define Case Types) for the organizationalmeasure. The Process Route Used checkbox must be selected.
