Diagnosis
When adding an entry, you entered a key that has already been assignedand is currently flagged for deletion.
The key "&V1& &V2&" of the new data record is the same as the alreadyassigned key "&V3& &V4&".

System Response
The new entry cannot be added.

Procedure
You have three options. You can

• Enter a different key.


• Save the deletion before entering the new entry.

N.B. Afterwards, none of the entries flagged for deletion can bereactivated.
To do this, first close the error screen using the Cancelfunction. Use the Save function to save the deletion and thenenter your new entry again.

• Reactivate and then change the entry flagged for deletion:

To do this, first close the error screen using the Cancelfunction, and if necessary return to the overview screen by using theBack
function.
Then use the Display Deleted Entries function in theSelect menu to select all the deleted entries.
Select the entries that are to be reactivated.
Then execute the Retrieve function.
