Diagnosis
You tried to assign a PPA to a relocation step with relocation step type4 (redeployment/disbandment). This is not allowed for PPAs because onlystocks/provisions that actually exist can be relocated duringredeployment/disbandment.

System Response
The system does not permit the assignment.

Procedure
Plan the redeployment/disbandment of PPA materials directly in theMaterials Planning Workbench by entering the material number or usethe return delivery report in the Materials Planning Workbench andselect the provision storage locations there.
