Diagnosis
Threshold values are specified in the form >= percentage. All 9threshold values must always be entered. The threshold values overridethe following:

• The initial threshold values from Customizing for
'Defense Forces and Public Security Organizational Flexibility ForceElement Evaluate Level of Readiness'

• Individual threshold values defined for higher-level
force elements in the structure.
If you have defined threshold values for the current force element, aninformation symbol is displayed in the 'Individual Threshold ValuesAvailable' column of the structure tree.
