Functionality
This function adds a message to the SPEC2000 Upload Application Log.
The function takes in the actual message along with its additional dataas input.
The function takes in a message identifier as input. This helps intracking and linking the detail level (additional data) to the message.
Additionally a problem class can be assigned which will classify themessages into different categories.
