Functionality
This function module converts the long texts for the tasks "Info forSAP" and "Send to SAP" to tables. These tables are sent to SAP as textinformation when the notification is sent. One of these texts is sentas the notification text:

  • If a long text exists for the task "Send to SAP," this text is used as
    • the notification text.
    • If a long text does not exist for the task "Send to SAP," the
      • system uses the first long text found in the task "Info for SAP" as thenotification text. The remaining texts are defined as memos.
