Purpose
This report converts into a consistent format the period-dependentweighting values that were assigned to the measures in the scorecard andout of which the score of an objective is calculated.
Such a conversion is necessary if, for example, three key figures A, B,and C are assigned to a strategy element, where A is assigned for theperiod 001.2003 through 012.2004 while A and B are only assigned in theperiod 001.2004 through 012.2004. In this case, the report converts theentry for key figure A into two new entries for the periods 001.2003through 012.2003 as well as 001.2004 through 012.2004. As a result, thesecond period is made identical with the period for measures B and C.This enables the system to handle the period-specific weights correctly.
Furthermore, the report looks for inconsistent entries (such as entrieswith weighting factors that are not used in any period). The reportlists such entries as entries to be converted and then eliminates them.

You should execute this report if you have already made correspondingassignments in scorecards with the status of SEM Release 3.2 or earlier.Scorecards that you created in SEM Release 3.5 or later do not need tobe converted.
