Purpose
You can use this converter to:

• Convert measurement results from external systems in XML format to the
classic LAW format (SID format).

• Convert measurement results in the classic format to XML format so that
they can be more easily processed.

Output
The file name is retained. Only the extension is changed.
The converter converts filename.txt to filename.xml and filename.xml tofilename.txt.
The directory is also retained.
