Programme SAP SD_TTXERN_UPD - SD_TTXERN_UPD: Conversion of TTXS & TTXER into TTXERN

Purpose
An automatic transport link has been developed for text Customizing forrelease 4.70. The new text Customizing transaction is VOTXN.
The XPRA SD_TTXERN_UPD will store old text Customizing data from tablesTTXS und TTXER in the new table TTXERN.
This makes the manual creation of Customizing entries superfluous.
