Description
Evaluation of all condition records for tax exemption licenses.
In some countries, certain customers can be exempted from VAT (carriedout using the condition technique). In France, a maximum amount isspecified (using the condition scale) up to which the tax exemptionlicense is valid.
This report lists all customers that have used the tax free amount up toa certain percentage (parameter: 'usage rate in %').

Precondition
SD uses tax exemption license conditions. The maximum tax exempt amountis determined using the scale value.
The report only takes into account billing documents that have alreadybeen forwarded to Financial Accounting.
The condition index table 006 'tax exemption license number' must beactivated in Customizing: Define conditionindex.
You can restrict selection using the following fields:

• Sales organization


• License date ( from .. to )


• License number ( License numbers are treated as characters, rather than
as numbers )

• Amount used in percent

Output
The system issues a list of all condition records (i.e. all customers),their maximum tax free amount and the the amount used. The listcontains:


• License number


• Tax freed amount


• Amount used


• Amount used in percentage


• Key fields of the condition records ( e.g. customer, ... )
