Description
This program reads and processes DME data and uses it to create payment
and returns lots.

Precondition
Start the program with SAPRVV70.

Output
Depending on the format of the DME document (payment/returns), the
corresponding lot (DFKKZK/DFKKRK) is created.
A log is written.
