The SAPRVAG1 report realizes the first step in archivingtransactions subject to reporting in Collections/
Disbursements: The creation of an archive with transactions subject toreporting.
The second step is realized by the SAPRVAG2 report:The deletion of transactions subject to reporting on the basis of thepreviously created archive.
The associated archiving object is called VVKK_REPCL. You canuse the AOBJ transaction to find the definition andassociated Customizing, and the SARA transaction tofind archive administration and associated Customizing.
Selected transactions subject to reporting are tested for runtime afterthe archiving conditions have been met, and are archived after theruntime has expired (the runtime for transactions subject to reportingcan be set in Customizing). All corresponding table entries are thenarchived, for all transactions subject to reporting that fulfill thiscondition.
