Description
You can narrow down the pricing documents displayed by material andorganizational level. You can also narrow down the selection bymaterial group, vendor (and vendor sub-range), season (season categoryand year) and/or purchasing organization. You can also restrictselection to documents created by a particular user or on a particulardate. You can also display items with a particular status (A to E)only.
If you enter plants and/or price lists on the selection screen, you canalso have the system display documents at distribution chain level. Youdo this by selecting the relevant indicator in the organizational levelselection box (see the example).
To display pricing documents using the List Viewer, you can enter auser-defined display variant of your choice. You must previously havedefined this variant in a previous list viewer session. You can save alist variant in your own user data under the parameters "WKL".

Precondition
To be able to display pricing documents, you must be authorized todisplay sales price calculations and purchasing information records.

Output
A new page is generated for each material and unit of measure. Pricingdocuments are listed on each page by number in ascending order.

Example
On the selection screen, you entered a material and the followingorganizational data:

• Material 4711


• Distribution chain 0001


• Distribution channel 01


• Plant 1000

If the indicator is set in the organizational level section, the systemlists pricing documents for material 4711 for distribution chain0001/01 and plant 1000 in the distribution chain mentioned. If theindicator is not set, only pricing documents for plant 1000 aredisplayed.
