Purpose
Use this function to display purchase orders (PO) that requirepostprocessing.
Postprocessing can be necessary in the following cases:

• Even though the goods receipt capacity check failed, the system saves
purchase orders and flags these purchase orders with errors forpostprocessing.

• When purchase orders are automatically created (create in the
background), some of these purchase orders might be be created automat
ically.

Features
You can correct the PO data by double-clicking a displayed PO. Oncecorrected, the PO is no longer displayed in the list.

Selection
If you do not specify selection criteria, the system displays all of thePOs that require postprocessing. This can result in large data volumesand long database read times.
We thus recommend that you specify additional selection criteria.
