Purpose
The report is used to recompile BW data in the area of Global TradeManagement. Depending on the selected target structures, the systemrecompiles data relating to:

• trading contracts


• currency hedging


• commodity hedging

In the checkbox in the selection screen you can define the targetstructures for which data should be set up.
All documents are read according to the selection entries made. Thesystem then triggers a statistics update for these documents.

Prerequisites
The data setup only functions for trading contracts whose contracttype is relevant for the BW update.
To ensure a fixed initial status, when data is being recompiled youmay not modify it or create new documents.

Selection
If you expect large quantities of data you should restrict the documentdata. Schedule the program as a background batch job to enable you toevaluate better or avoid peaks in the system load.
If association management is not active you should use this reportinstead of report RWB2BNEUC, as in RWB2BNEUC it is not possible to makeany manual restrictions.
Only select the checkbox for reading document conditions if data is tobe structured for the trading contracts. However, the documentconditions are not forwarded to BW, instead they are available inthe method change_bw_data in BAdI WB2_BW_ADD_DATA.
