Description
This report program deletes all archived data physically from thedatabase.
The deletion program can start automatically once the report thatwrites the archive file is complete, or it can be started manually fora selected archive file. The deletion program can run in two sessions.In one session a test run can be started; this logs the records thatare flagged for deletion. In the second session, you can start theupdate run, which then physically deletes the records in the archivefile.

Precondition
To physically delete the records you must deselect the 'Deletion run intest mode' flag. This flag is set automatically when the deletionprogram is triggered automatically after the archiving program.

Output
The deletion program outputs a detailed list of all the records deletedfrom the database.
