Conditions: Archiving agreements (delete database)
Archiving condition records is carried out using the 'ARCHIVEDEVELOPMENT KIT' (ADK).
Archiving is carried out via transaction 'SARA'!
Calling the 3 programs can be carried out individually andindependently, in which case the DB deletion program is not, however,started automatically by the archive creation program.

The following programs have been created for archiving:
RV13005:
Creation of archiving objects (agreements) in an archive
RV13006:
Physical deletion of the database entries for the archive objectscreated by RV130005
Program documentation
RV13007:
Option for reload to the database for archiving objects created byRV130005 and physically deleted by RV130006.

The program should always be run straigg after RV130005, so that thearchived condition records are deleted from the database promptly. Thisis guaranteed by transaction 'SARA'.
When the program is started manually the system displays all archivingdata for which physical deletion has not yet been carried out

Program options

• Test run

If set, entries in the DB are not physically deleted.
When you start via transaction 'SARA', the parameter is transferredfrom RV130005.

Precondition
Archive files which are available for physical deletion must exist forarchiving object 'SD_AGREEM'.
