Clean up of SU22 check indicators and authorization default values

Purpose
The report RSSU22XPRA cleans up inconsistencies of check indicators andauthorization default values (SU22 data, SAP default values) in thetables USOBX und USOBT. It should be run regularly in development andfinal assembly systems. It essentially just starts the reportRSSU22REPAIR in repair mode and suppresses itsoutput. Therefore, see also the documentation for reportRSSU22REPAIR.
