Description
Report for setting up the working directory.
This directory is used to transfer files when creating/changing/
displaying Windows documents. The functions import and export are
executed on the specified directory as default.

Precondition

Report is only executed on a Windows or NT computer.
The directory specified must not be write-protected and should
not be released.
