User-Based Reorganization Program for Appointment Management

Purpose
This report deletes all the appointments of a specified user. Groupappointments remain. Only the calendar entries of the specified userare deleted (participant appointments).
Appointments that belong to an SAP application are checked beforehandby the application. Provided the application does not release itsappointments explicitly for reorganization, they are not deleted. Thecheck option can be deactivated using the Ask application indicator.All appointments are then deleted without query!
