Programme SAP RSEREP11 - Repair programs: Transport of IDoc types from 4.XX to 3.XX

Description The program maintains the tables for the definition of the IDoc typesin a 3.X release and inserts the table entries into a transportrequest. The tables EDIDO, EDIDOT, IDOCHIS and EDISYN are maintained inthis way. The entries from table IDOCSYN are not modified before beingadded to the transport request.
