Purpose
Enable or disable the Normalization of input data in a Unicode system.

Read SAP note 1428423.

Features
Table TCP0I stores the information if Normalization of input data in aUnicode system shall be switched on or off. In a non-Unicode system,this setting has no effect. In a Unicode system, it affects the behaviorof the method CL_ICU_NORMALIZATON=>NORMALIZE_INPUT.
