Delete all postal codes, cities, districts, streets and PO Boxes for acountry

Purpose
This program removes old or test data for a country from the database.This can be necessary, for example, to avoid number assignmentconflictswhen you want to refill, or fill for the first time, the cityfile for the country.
All links in the address management to the no longer existent regionalstructure data are also deleted.
This program should run in particular before the first call of theRSADRLSM02 program.

Prerequisites

• Before using this program, ensure that you want its consequences: all
currently-defined cities, postal codes, districts, PO Boxes and streetsfor the selected country are deleted from the database, and cannot beretrieved.
