Archiving QM Movement Data: Deletion Program

Purpose
This program assigns the status archived to archived inspectionlots in the online database. The archive file also has the indicatordeletion completed.
You only need to start the program directly, if the archive file doesnot have the indicator mentioned above.

Prerequisites
If an archive file has been correctly described and closed duringarchiving, the program is automatically started as a batch job becauseof the standard settings in Customizing.
If you want to select archive files for all clients then:

• This must be defined in Customizing.


• The program must run in BATCH mode.


• In the report variant, field QL_REMND must be filled with a variable,
for example QM-QL_REORG_MANDANT.

Activities
The report creates a log of the inspection lots that were marked asarchived.

Example
You can display an example list by starting the program in test mode.
