Description
The program allows the mass maintenance of fields for the QM order andthe individual QM order in the inspection setup of the material master.
The following functions are supported:

• Assigning a QM order


• Deleting assignment of a QM order


• Replacing previous QM order with assignment of a new QM order


• Setting or canceling the indicator for the individual QM order

You can either enter the new QM order to be assigned on the initialscreen, or use the function for creating a QM order.
You can access the following additional functions from the environment menu on the list screen:

• Create QM order

(A new QM order is created that is not taken into account in theassignment).

• Change QM order


• Display QM order

Output
The program creates a list with material-inspection type combinationsthat support the functions listed above.

Example
To calculate inspection costs in QM, you want to assign a new QM orderto all materials in plant 0001 with inspection type 01.
Proceed as follows:
Enter plant 0001 and inspection type 01 as selectioncriteria
Edit the standard values for the new QM order (account assignment andadditional data).
Choose the function for creating a new QM order.
Execute the report program.
A worklist is created with material-inspection type combinations.
Choose Select all.
Choose Edit -> Assign QM order.
Save the data.
The new QM order is created and assigned to all the material-inspectiontype combinations you selected.
