Description
The program allows the mass maintenance of the fields for the QM orderand the individual QM order in the material master inspection setup.
The following functions are supported:

• Assign QM order


• Delete the assignment of a QM order


• Replace existing QM order with another QM order in the assignment


• Set or cancel the indicator for the individual QM order

You can either enter the QM order to be newly assigned on the initialscreen or create the order with the function for creating a QM order.
The following additional functions are available on the list screenbelow the menu option Environment:

• Create QM order

(A new QM order will be created that is not taken into account in theassignment.)

• Change QM order


• Display QM order

Output
The program generates a list of material/inspection type combinationsin which the functions described above are supported.

Example
To calculate the appraisal costs in QM, you want to assign allmaterials in plant 0001 with inspection type 01 to a new QM order.
Proceed as follows:
Enter plant 0001 and the inspection type 01 as theselection criteria.
Edit the specification data for the new QM order (account assignmentand other data).
Select the function for creating a new QM order.
Execute the report program.
A work list is generated containing the material/inspection typecombinations.
Choose Select all.
Choose Edit -> Assign QM order.
Save the data.
The new QM order is created and all selected material/inspection typecombinations are assigned to the order.
