Description
You can use this program to make it easier to maintain the QMprocurement key in the material master record, if the material isactivated for QM in procurement. (The indicator is defined at theclient level of the material master record.)
The QM procurement key is created at the plant level, so that thedifferent requirements for the material can be shown from the plantview.

Selection criteria
As well as the selection criteria "Material" and "Plant," enter aparameter for the procurement key that should be entered in theselected material master records.

Effects on the database
If you set the relevant indicator, a change is made to the database.The QM procurement key is assigned to all materials, for which the "QMin procurement" indicator is active. If this indicator is not set, allmaterials that fulfill the selection criteria and that do not have anentry for the QM procurement key in the material master are printed ina list.

Example
A material is only of relevance to 'QM in procurement' in certainplants. In this case, the indicator must be set at the client level;the QM procurement key is maintained in the appropriate plants,dependent on the requirements.
All other plant segments of the material can be given an entry withthis program. This entry specifies that no activities are supported byQM for this material.
