Description
You can use this program to make mass changes to quality informationrecords. When adding records, you can enter one or several materials.As a rule, the only materials used for processing are those for whichQM in Procurement is active in the material master and a vendor releaseor quality assurance agreement is required by the control key. You canalso select the materials using the material class. You can enter oneor more vendors, for whom a quality information record is to becreated. Using the selection criterion 'Only for purchasing inforecords', you can create quality information records for all possiblematerial-vendor combinations, provided that purchasing informationrecords already exist for these combinations.
If you are in change or display mode, the system provides a list ofexisting quality information records for processing, chosen accordingto the selection criteria.
On the initial screen in the 'detail data' section, you enter the datathat is to be stored in the quality information records. You must makesure that you set the copy indicator at the end of each line. You canuse this indicator when changing quality information records toinitialize fields by leaving the entry field blank and setting the copyindicator.

Output
The quality info records printed in the list have a traffic lightindicator which denotes the following:

  • Green light: - All data is O.K.

  • Yellow light: - Ordered quantity is greater than released quantity

  • ,,,,,, - There is no quality assurance agreement
    ,,,,,, - Lock function is active
    ,,,,,, - Validity period of QM system has expired
    • Red light: - Deletion flag is set
