Conversion for pension database table

Purpose
This program converts the old US pension database table for releasessmaller or equal to 46B to the new international pension infotype as of46C and up.

Prerequisites
The following tables are involved:
,,T7USBENPE,,,,-> PA0602
Note: RPUPRA_USPEN01 needs to be executed prior running thisconversion program.

Upgraders from 46B to higher releases have to run RPUPRA_USPEN01 toconvert the compensation model tables prior to run the conversion forthe pension database table.
