Purpose
Report RPUPBSR1 is used to change an employee's pay scale. You mustenter the Pay Scale type, area, group and level, Salary Code, PlanningStatus for each country grouping.
Basic Pay Wage type (e.g. MS40) can be increased either by percentageor fixed amount or both.
All entries in table T510 with the following fixed feature combinationsare changed:

• country grouping, pay scale type, pay scale area, pay scale group and
pay scale level

Prerequisites
Define a Plan for Annual wage adjustment for Basic Component (i.e.Table - T5PBSR6E).
Define a Plan for Monthly Salary Sclae (i.e. Table - T5PBSR6F)
Note: The system will not update the records if you choose the Planningstatus as 'P'
