Programme SAP RPUPBSQ1 - Increment Register

Purpose
Increment Register is nothing but collection of dates put to-gather.
All the dates like Next Increment date, Last Increment date, Deferred
Increment date, Review Increment date will be brought togather and
held in a transaction called Increment Register.
This transaction will combine the values from Infotypes 0008(Basic Pay)0041(Date specifications).
It is very important to note that all additions,changes etc. are
carried out via the Increment Register and not directly through the
Infotypes.
