Description
You can use this report to adapt existing data in the 'Personaldata' infotype (0002) to the field logic changes field PERIDin the same infotype. Specifically, from the release 3.1I, the personalidentification number contains a document type key:

• 1 DNI or NIF (national ID or taxpayer number)


• 2 Passport


• 3 European Community Residence Permit


• 4 Residence and Work Permit


• 6 Alien Identification No.

This field only applies to employees assigned to Spanish employeesubgroups. If an employee has Spanish nationality or has not beenmaintained, the system will assume that the document submitted was a DNIor NIF, document type 1. Otherwise, the system will assume thatthe employee is an alien and has submitted an alien ID card, documenttype 6.
