Description
You can use this report to convert the Reference personnel numbers
(0031) and Reference personnel number priority (0121)infotypes.
This conversion report applies to all clients.
The structure of both the infotypes is mutually dependent. Bothinfotypes must therefore be converted together. If you only use theinfotype Reference personnel numbers in your system, you mustalso convert this infotype with this report.
Starting this conversion report is necessary in the following twocases:
You upgrade your system to a new R/3 version and you have already usedthe infotype Reference personnel numbers (infotype 0031) in yourHuman Resource master data and this conversion report has not run yetin your system.
You are already using the infotypes Reference personnel numbers(infotype 0031) or Reference personnel number priority (infotype0121) in your Human Resource master data. You increase the structuresof both infotypes after you have already entered data for one of theseinfotypes.
You must make the following entries on the selection screen whenstarting the report:

• Field 'New disp. RefPerNo, InfTy 0031':

Here you enter the number of fields that are available in the infotypeReference personnel numbers (infotype 0031) for referencepersonnel numbers after you have increased the structures ofboth infotypes.
In this case, this field already contains the correct value. Do notchange the contents of this field!

• Field Old disp. RefPerNo, InfTy 0031':

Here you specify the number of fields that were available in theinfotype Reference personnel numbers (0031) for referencepersonnel numbers before you increased the structures of bothinfotypes.
In this case, this field already contains the correct value. Do notchange the contents of this field!

• Field Test run:

If this indicator is flagged, no updates are made to the database. Thereport provides the same result you would receive with a conversion.

• Field Password:

Since this report updates the database, you must use your user ID aspassword.

Note
If the conversion report is terminated during its run, restart theconversion with the same input values. Infotype records that havealready been converted are skipped during the restarted conversion.

Precondition
The report must not be started in parallel to online. This means thatno personnel numbers may be blocked while this conversion report isrunning. Make sure that no personnel number is being processed.
You must consider the following requirement if you extended thestructure of the two above infotypes yourself.
A requirement for this conversion report is the correct maintenance ofthe include MPPREF00.
When extending the structure of the infotypes, please proceed accordingto the description you will find in RPDSYS00 under Infotype 0031:Notes for system administrators. This ensures that you have changedthe include MPPREF00 correctly. In addition, you know which values youhave to enter in the fields New disp RefPerNo, InfTy 0031 andOld disp. RefPerNo, InfTy 0031.

Output
As an output, you receive a log containing statistics of conversionsfor every client.
