Programme SAP RPULEAV0 - Batch-processing of holiday absences - lock/unlock

Title
Conversion infotype "Leave Entitlement" (IT0005) to infotype "AbsenceQuotas" (IT2006)

Purpose
Report "Batch-processing of holiday absences - lock/unlock" (RPULEAV0)creates batch input sessions.
It is used in connection with the conversion from infotype "LeaveEntitlement" (IT0005) to infotype "Absence Quotas" (IT2006). You willneed to do this convertion when upgrading from releases < 4.6 torelease 4.6B or 4.6C.
Please follow the guidelines listed below; it is imortant to proceed inthe numbered order.
1) Lock the absences for vacation already registered in infotype"Absences" (IT2001) while your system is customised to use infotype"Leave Entitlement" (IT0005). This will "take back" the vacationregistered in infotype "Leave Entitlement" (IT0005), resulting in afull leave entitlement registered. PS! Save your selections in avariant, which you will need in step 4).
2) Start report RPTLEACONV for the identical selection as in step 2).This report will convert the entitled holiday registered in infotype"Leave Entitlement" (IT0005) to infotype "Absence Quotas" (IT2006).PS! Please notice the documentation to report RPTLEACONV.
3) Customise your system to use infotype "Absence Quotas" (IT2006) whenregisting holiday.
4) Run this report (RPULEAV0) again with the varian created in step 1),this time with the vacation switch set on unlock. The entries locked instep 1) are now unlocked. This triggers a registration of the holidayabsences in infotype "Absence Quotas" (IT2006).
You should now have all holidays registered in infotype "AbsenceQuotas" (IT2006). Please check that IT 0005 has no entries for theperiod after the convertion.

Features

Selection
Ensure that you run both RPULEAV0 and RPTLEACONV using exactly the sameselection criterias. This is important to keep the conversionconsistent.

Output
An error list is displayed, showing the personnel numbers needingmanual conversions. To see the batch input session created, you willfind a session overview in the menu under system -> Sevices -> Batchinput -> Sessions.
