Description
This report can be used for downloading the Norwegian Municipal codeswith the respective municipal names and zones into table t5v2a. Beforerunning an update, a test run is recommended. Old data will bedelimited and saved. Changed datasets will be delimited and saved inthe old version and updated to the current version.

Precondition
The input file for this report can be found on the internet onwww.skatteetaten.no. Look for the downloadable file "adresse.fil" inthe adress section of the web page.
The input must have the following format:
- name (length: 40 character)
- kategori (length: 3 character)
- filler1 (length: 7 character)
- municipal code (length: 4 characters)
- filler2 (length: 472 characters)
- municipal zone (length: 1 character)
This corresponds to the format on the internet file. Please downloadthis file to a local file on your workstation. Default suggestion isc:\temp\adresse.txt.

Output
The output shows the complete updated data. A flag is set at thechanged datasets.
