Participant Statistics Report (RPUFBN02)

Purpose
This report shows the employees who are participating in specifiedbenefit plans on a given date or during a certain period of time.

Prerequisites
In order to run this report, you must maintain the selection parameterBenefits Area in the Additional selection group box.

Features

Selection
The selection screen for report RPUFBN02 has the following features:

  • Period Group Box

  • Use this group box to select the period for which you wish to run thereport. You can select one of five period options using the radiobuttons provided, or enter your own selection dates in the Periodfields.
    • Selection Group Box

    • Use the Personnel Number field to select your required employeesfor inclusion in this report. You can also specify additional selectioncriteria by using the Further selections option.
      • Additional Selection Group Box

      • You can further refine your selection criteria using benefit area,program groupings and benefit plan in the Additional selectiongroup box, using the available F4 or multiple selection options. Asnoted in Prerequisites, you must maintain the selection parameterBenefitsArea in this group box.
        Note:
        Program grouping is a means of identifying a group of employees withcommon characteristics in order to determine the benefits programavailable for that group (macro-eligibility) on a high level. The GBFlexBens system sorts employees into first and second program groupingsduring processing, according to the corresponding feature.The programgrouping to which an employee belongs is stored in infotype GeneralBenefits Information (0171).

        Output
        The Participant Statistics Report is outputted in an ABAP List Viewer(ALV) format. You can also download the report output into an Excelformat or to a local file as required.
        Report RPUFBN02 lists participating employees per benefits plan inaddition to the following information:

        • Employee's name, date of birth and personnel number

        • Employee's hire date

        • First date of participation in the relevant plan

        • Start and end date of the plan infotype

          Activities
          Choose the Participant Statistics Report (RPUFBN02).
          The selection screen for this report appears.
          Specify the period for which you wish to run the report using thePeriod group box.
          Specify your required report selection criteria using the Selectiongroup box.
          Specify any additional report selection criteria using theAdditional selection group box.
          You must maintain the selection parameter BenefitsArea in thisgroup box.
          Execute report RPUFBN02.
          If you wish to display more details about the employees participating inany given benefits plan, double click the Number of participantscolumn header corresponding to the benefits plan you want to view.
