Purpose
Using this report you can manually enter day-one-announcements in thetable Personal data for day-one-announcement (V_P05T_EDM_PERS )(Note 982137).

Prerequisites
For the authorization check, this report uses object Authorizationobject for day-one-announcement (
P_NL_AEDM) which since July 2006 has been madeavailable as an authorization object for EDM (Note 954857).
If the user is authorized for activity 01 in Authorization objectfor day-one-announcement (P_NL_AEDM), the EDM data can be enteredin view Personal data for day-one-announcement (V_P05T_EDM_PERS).
If the user is only authorized for activity 03 in Authorizationobject for day-one-announcement (P_NL_AEDM),then view Personaldata for day-one-announcement (V_P05T_EDM_PERS) is the only one thatcan be referred to.
If the user has neither authorization, an error message will appear onyour screen.

Selection
Using "Legal Person", a legal person can be selected for entering theday-one-announcement. The fields "Start date of Employment from" and"until" can display which already-existent records can be shown in thetable.

Activities
After manually entering the data for the day-one-announcements theactual day-one-announcements can be created using the report CreateDay-one-announcement (RPCEDMN0)
