Programme SAP RPUDIVB0 - Dimona TemSE viewer

Purpose
This report enables you to retrieve the electronic Dimona file from theTemSe directory and view its contents.

Prerequisites
You must have executed the following reports successfully:

  • Prepare Dimona IT 735 declarations (RPUDIPB0

  • ),
    • Dimona declaration report (RPLDIDB0).
    • Output
      Each file contains one or more companies uniquely identified by theirSI employer number and is structured as follows:

      • Company A

      • Dimona declaration A
        Employee
        Dimona declaration B
        Employee
        • Company B

        • Dimona declaration A
          Employee
          Dimona declaration B
          Employee
          For each personnel number, the data relevant to the Dimona declarationsis displayed (for example, declaration type and hiring/leaving event,number of declarations per personnel number).
          In addition, you can run the downloadable check program provided by theNational Office for Social Security ("Vormcontroleprogramma" /"programme de contrôle de forme") to perform a formal check of thedeclaration file. To do so, click the Download button in the outputscreen. A pop-up window will appear where the user is able to enter thename of the declaration file AND the full path where this file shouldbe stored (when no path is entered, the file will be stored in theuser's PC default download folder.
          If you want to create a trigger ("GO") file as well, toggle the switchfound in the DIMONA menu 'Create GO file OFF' to ''Create GO file ON'by letting go of the mouse button (or by pressing Ctrl+F8) when thistext is highlighted.
          If you want to download the declaration in test mode, in table T511Kgive the constant DIDDT (DIMONA Decl.Download Test Mode) the value 1.DIDDT values different from 1 will result in declarations in real mode(note that this variable is only intended for this DIMONA TemSe viewerreport!).

          Activities
          Select the Dimona file you want to view and press Enter.
          Go through the tree structure to view the relevant data.
