Purpose
This conversion report is used to modify all records of the DIMONAinfotype 0735 to include the qualification ( 'STU' for Students, ' ' foremployees not in construction sector & no student, '035' foremployees in construction, or '000' for apprentices in construction).This is done for the employees entered in the selection screen for whomtheir personnel numbers are entered, or belonging to the given company(RSZ number).
The trigger for developing this report was that when an employee leavesand reenters a company, or the employee's status changes, these actionswere merged. However, if the first contract is a student contract andthe second is not, a leave declaration has to be made for the studentcontract and a hire declaration must be done for the non-studentcontract.
