Description
Program RPUCPC50 converts the Time Management cluster PC in thedatabase table PCL1 to 4.0A format. It should be run during the upgradephase of your HR component. The program can be started after theinactive phase, but must be finished before production startup.
The database conversion is carried out client by client and in smallpackages. This means that if there is an error, the conversion can berestarted at exactly the point at which it was cancelled.
Program RPUCPC50 must only be run once for all SAP clients.
The PC cluster records that cannot be converted (corrupt dataformat or incorrect PC version number) must be deleted from file PCL1before production startup since they can no longer be accessed. Thiscan be done by an HR system administrator with the relevantauthorizations, using the service programs RPUP1D00 and RPUP1D10.
